Gary, his brother in law Chris, Maximus and Mark, Tony (Myself) Carl, his brother in law Steve and Colin and Simon.
We left McDonalds and a run on the motorway to Avon, where we headed through the country side past Chew Magna Lake, the Mendip hills and on through the Somerset country side to the Haynes Motor Museum at Castle Cary.
Having enjoyed a most welcomed cuppa and a burger, some went in to the museum and some viewed the exhibition outside, which included a couple of cars doing their drifting on the circuit.
After another burger and coca cola, and we followed Gary (The Long Way Down) to Bridport.
The roads were busy, but Gary must have got a bit of the juice from the drifter cars back at Haynes Museum, because we did some good overtaking and achieved some spectacular riding.
After some more burgers and fish and chips we had a wander to the beach, it was a lov er ly afternoon, we finished off our visit with some ice cream, that melted quicker than we could devour it.
Long ride back, got held up in some delays on the motorway, a bit of filtering sorted us through the traffic and after a quick break in Sedgemore, it was one for all and all for the one back home.
A great day out, look out for the next on Wednesday 7th July 2010, I'm sure we will have another great day.
Tony
